At Brivano, we want you to be 100% satisfied. That's why we have a clear and fair return policy, so you can shop with us with confidence. Still not happy with your purchase? No problem, we're here to help.
Return or exchange in 3 easy steps:
1. Download and print the return form Download return form (PDF)
2. Complete the form fully Provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you want an exchange or refund.
3. Send your item Include the completed return form in your package and send it to the return address you receive from us after contacting us at info@brivano.dk.
1. General You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and unworn, with all original tags and in its original packaging. Remember to include proof of purchase.
Want to return something? Contact us first at info@brivano.dk. Without prior contact, we unfortunately cannot accept your return. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
2. Damages and problems Check your order immediately upon receipt. Is something broken, damaged, or did you receive the wrong item? Let us know immediately at info@brivano.dk, and we will resolve it quickly for you.
3. Exchanges Would you like a different item? Return your current item and place a new order. This is usually the fastest way to get the product you want.
4. Right of withdrawal within the EU (14 days) Do you live in the EU? Then you always have the right of withdrawal to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The item must be in original condition and returned with proof of purchase, as described above.
5. Refunds As soon as we have received and checked the return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If so, we will automatically refund the amount using the payment method you used. This usually takes no more than 10 business days.
